ORDERING Instructions:

1. View items on website

2. Add desired items to cart and "Check out"

3. Select method of payment and deliver.

4. Arrange for payment online using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

5. If your order is part of the Team Order please enter the Player’s name and select your

Team/Coach from the dropdown at the bottom of the Order page.

6. Orders will be combined by Team Managers and arrangements for delivery of complete

team order will be made in the Spring (2016).

7. If your order is for an individual and not part of a Team Order, then after arranging the

payment, select your delivery option and complete your order. NOTE: Production takes

approx. 6-8 weeks from order date.
