Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold through Youwear.ca they are not returnable/exchangeable. All shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours.
Arbitrary Returns
In the event of a customer returns an order or a part of an order arbitrarily Marchants will not be able to issue any refunds as the products are not returnable.
How to follow up on the status of an order?
The best way of doing this is to send an email to support@marchants.com quoting your order number. We try our best to answer any of the questions you may have as soon as possible. You may also send a message through your online account. You may also call us on 1-877-439-9400 for order status updates.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
